We follow the direction of public health officials to limit the effect COVID-19 may have on our staff, doctors, patients and in our communities. Therefore at this time, we will not be accepting any customer returns of opened items purchased through our web store. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your continued patience and understanding.
Returns Policy:
Any unused or unopened item can be returned in person or by mail. To return an item, please call our office. Please note, we cannot accept any returns without a valid purchase receipt. Shipping fees are not refundable. The customer will pay for freight on all non-defective, unused item(s).
